Common Support Topics
- Purchases and subscriptions: Restore purchases from the app, or manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
- Billing and refunds: App Store billing is handled by Apple. For refund requests, use Apple's purchase support flow.
- Learning progress: If progress looks unexpected, include the word, screen, and action you took before the issue appeared.
- iCloud Sync: Make sure iCloud is enabled for the same Apple ID on each device.
- Natural Voice: Voice playback may require a network connection for uncached audio.
